Born in the UK in 1967, Jill currently lives and works in North Yorkshire, England. Prior to becoming a photographer she worked for over ten years in international ethical and rural development. Alongside her role as a documentary and art based photographer Jill undertakes lectures, research projects and photographic commissions, seeking to engage audiences in the key social and environmental issues affecting us today. Jill has received the Fujifilm Student Photographer of the Year award and has also been nominated in the New York Photo Awards. Her work is exhibited both in the UK and internationally.
